  • Completion date is from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on size and my waitlist.

A portrait will take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on size and my current waitlist.

If you require the portrait for a special occasion, please let me know when you contact me, so I can plan around the date if possible.

For last minute requests, a Gift Voucher may be the perfect solution.

This isn’t a problem as I can use several photos to create the perfect pet portrait.

You may like the pose of one photo, but the details are better on another. All I need are all the photos that might be useful.

Currently I offer portraits in pastel pencils.

I will offer the option of a painted portrait in early 2025 and will also offer other styles as promotions.

Please let me know when you get in touch and we can discuss custom sizes and prices.

Gift vouchers are not refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

The recipient may upgrade the voucher value based on the current price list.

Once redeemed, all other terms and conditions apply to the recipient.

A small deposit secures your position on the waitlist.

I will get in touch to reconfirm all details prior to starting and then I pick up my pencils!

Throughout, I send you updates to allow for your feedback and any questions.

When the portrait is finished and you are completely happy with it, the balance is payable and we will arrange delivery/pickup.

If you decide not to go ahead with your portrait prior to my starting working on it, there will be a $50 fee to cover time and admin that has been incurred to this point.

If you have paid a deposit, then the deposit less $50 will be refunded.

Once I have started work on the portrait, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Details are confirmed prior to starting work, which allows for cancelling the order up to this point.

Of course!!

You may include as many pets as you wish.

Each pet is an extra $50 to cover the fact that extra drawing up and colours are required.

If you would like to add a human, that’s no problem either.
