DEPOSITS

A 20% deposit will secure your place on my commissions list.

This also secures the total price of your portrait for 12 months from the date the deposit is received.

All prices are quoted in AUD.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your order prior to the start of the commission incurs a $50 fee to cover any mock-ups, admin and emails.

If the cancellation fee is less than the deposit paid, the balance will be refunded.

A portrait order cannot be cancelled once I have started work on it.

I will confirm details prior to commencing the portrait, which enables cancellation up to this point.

CHANGES TO ARTWORK

I will send frequent updates throughout the drawing phase to enable your feedback. Minor adjustments are acceptable, however major changes will incur a fee of $50.

If you request Alterations after making final payment and have received the portrait, you will need to arrange return of the artwork to my studio.

Once these changes have been made and you are still not happy, you may request a refund.  I will retain the portrait and 50% of the total price paid.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the price is to be paid prior to the handover or shipping of the artwork.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are not refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase.

The  recipient may wish to add to their voucher which will be based on the current price list.

I will email the Gift voucher in a PDF format which can be personalised if requested and printed at your own convenience.

Once a voucher is redeemed all other terms and conditions apply to the recipient.

FRAMING & SHIPPING

Artwork does not include framing and shipping.

Shipping can be arranged at your expense.

The artwork is packaged is a sturdy manner by myself to ensure protection during transit.

ARTWORK ON MY WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA

Copyright law protects the artwork I have created. I maintain the right to use images of my artwork on my website, social media platforms and promotional material.

I may use Any communication with you  as a testimonial.

Process images of the portrait may be posted on social media.

If you do not wish the above mentioned to be used in the manner described, please let me know when the final confirmation is made.

Your portrait is unique and will never be reproduced for any purpose by me.
